Stop paying for internal platforms nobody opens.

Atlas turns training, culture and onboarding into a world your team wants to explore. You pay a fixed base, and the rest of the bill follows who actually engages.

The Atlas world: the company headquarters as a building you can explore
1Your Atlas, your world

Atlas will look like your company

Logo, colors, spaces, learning paths and content: you set it all up. Every company gets a world of its own, built its own way.

Growing fast is great. But it takes a quiet toll.

Four signs that show up when each new wave of hires arrives faster than the culture can keep up.

High turnover

New hires never build a bond and leave within the first few months.

Fading culture

Every new wave of hires pulls the team further from the way things are done here.

Information gets lost

What matters is scattered across emails, PDFs and loose conversations.

Connection drops

Office and remote people keep working without ever getting to know each other.

A platform that doesn't engage ends up on the shelf.

You've probably tried to solve growing pains with a people management platform before. It became one more screen nobody opens, because employees never felt like going in.

Performance-based pricing

You pay the base. The rest only if your team engages.

A base fee keeps everything running. The rest of the bill follows how much your team uses it. Drag and see the difference.

How much of your team uses the platform

An engaged team: that's when the investment pays off.

Illustrative chart. With a typical platform, the bill is always the full price. With Atlas, it starts at the base fee and grows with your team's usage, ending slightly below the full price when the whole team uses it.

Still have questions?

The questions that come up most when an HR team first meets Atlas.

In four phases: kickoff and mapping, integration and setup, a controlled pilot with a small group, and the official launch for the whole team. The AEXP team runs every step together with your HR.

Four weeks, from kickoff to the official launch. Along the way, a small group tests everything in a controlled pilot, so the whole team comes in with the world and learning paths already fine-tuned.

During rollout, the AEXP team builds the world and the learning paths together with you. After that, your HR team can adjust the logo, colors, spaces, paths and content whenever it needs to.

There are three parts: a one-time setup at rollout, a monthly base per employee, and a fee per employee who engaged that month. If few people use it, the bill stays close to the base. When the team engages, that's when the investment pays off.

Yes. Each company has its own Atlas environment, isolated from the others, and the platform complies with the LGPD, Brazil's data protection law.

No. The Content Agent turns the materials you already have (PDFs, presentations, spreadsheets) into learning paths and activities. HR reviews, adjusts and publishes.

They keep going through the learning paths, play the game of the day and follow notes, campaigns and achievements on the wall. IDPs are coming to your plan at no extra cost, and pulse surveys are coming soon.

The HR dashboard shows adoption, XP, connection and completion by learning path in real time, all generated by the team's own usage.
